2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist we record: your email address; the language of the page you used; whether you asked to test the private beta; the date, time and version of this notice at the moment you gave consent; the IP address of your sign-up and of your confirmation click; the date and time of the confirmation. Nothing else. The site sets no cookies: your language choice is kept only in your browser.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use your data to send you one confirmation email (double opt-in) and then to contact you about the waitlist: the private beta, the launch, and the founders price. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before.

4. How long we keep it

If you don't click the confirmation link within 48 hours, your sign-up is not valid and the record is deleted within 30 days. If you confirm, we keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the public launch of MonsterTerminal.

5. Who sees it and where it is stored

Your data is stored on servers we run, hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. in the European Union (Paris, France). Emails are sent by our own mail server. We use no marketing platforms, we don't sell or share your data, and we don't transfer it outside the European Union.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent. Write to the contact address above: we answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the authority of your country.

7. Changes

The version date is at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use your data, we will ask for your consent again before applying it to you.
